Quick answers

The most frequent questions, answered in one line. When you need the detail, every topic has its full guide.

How long does a recharge take to arrive?

Most recharges are delivered in seconds. When the destination operator is congested it can take a few minutes; if more than an hour passes, write to us with the receipt reference and we will look into it.

Do I need an account to send airtime?

Yes, an account is required so you can follow the status of your recharge and keep its receipt. It is created without a password: you sign in with a one-time code by SMS or email, a magic link, or Google or Facebook.

What is charged on top of the recharge amount?

A service fee, always visible in the summary before you pay. There are no hidden charges and nothing is billed later: what the summary shows is what your payment method is charged.

Can I cancel a recharge that was already sent?

No. Once the operator credits the airtime the operation is final, exactly like a recharge bought in a shop. If the recharge was not delivered, the payment is returned.

I used the wrong number, what now?

Write to us immediately with the receipt reference. If the recharge has not been delivered yet we try to stop it; once it is credited to the wrong line, the operator cannot reverse it.

Why am I asked to verify my identity?

Some payments go through a security review before the recharge is delivered. That is what keeps a stolen card from being used on the platform, and it protects both the payer and the person receiving the airtime.

How do I know I picked the right operator?

We detect the operator from the destination number. If detection fails or the line was ported, you can pick the operator manually before choosing the product.

Where can I see my previous recharges?

Under My transactions, inside your account. Each row shows the operator, the product delivered, the amount paid and the reference you need when writing to support.
