Accepted networks and tokens
You pick the network at checkout and send the token over that same network. A transfer over another network, or of another token, is not credited to the order.

Before you send
Use the network you chose
An order on Tron is only credited by a transfer over Tron (TRC-20), and the same goes for Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain. A transfer over another network is not credited to the order.
Paying from an exchange? Check the withdrawal fee
Some exchanges deduct their fee from the amount sent. Make sure what arrives is the exact amount: if it arrives short, the order goes to review.
Official USDT and USDC only
We check the token contract, not its name. A token called USDT that is not the official one on that network is not credited.
What happens after you pay

- The top-up goes out as soon as the network confirms the transfer. The order page and the email show you the status at all times.
- If your transfer arrives late
- The address and amount are held for 30 minutes. If your transfer confirms later, we still credit it and deliver.
- If you send too much
- We deliver the order and note the difference so we can refund it.
- If you send too little
- The order goes to review and we contact you to complete the payment or refund it.
- Refunds
- Crypto refunds are made manually, to an address you confirm to us. We never refund to the sending address without your confirmation.

Which network is better: TRC-20, ERC-20 or BEP-20?
All three are credited the same way. What changes is the network fee and the time: on Tron and BNB Smart Chain the fee is usually low and confirmation takes about a minute; on Ethereum the fee is usually higher. Use whichever network your wallet or exchange supports.
Can I pay from Binance or another exchange?
Yes, from any exchange or wallet that lets you withdraw USDT or USDC over the network you chose. Check that the amount that arrives, after the withdrawal fee, is the exact amount.
How long does the top-up take if I pay with USDT?
Confirmation usually takes about a minute on Tron and BNB Smart Chain, and 1 to 3 minutes on Ethereum (about 15 minutes above 250 USD). After that, most top-ups are credited within seconds or a few minutes.
What if I send a different amount from the one shown?
If you send too much, we deliver the order and refund the difference. If you send too little, the order goes to review and we contact you to complete or refund it.
Do I need an account to pay with USDT?
Yes. The payment address and the order status are shown on your order page, which only you can open with your account.
