Does my website account work in the app?
Yes. Sign in with the same phone number and you will see your history and orders. It is one account for the website and the app.
How do I pay in the app?
With the same payment methods as on the website. Payment is completed on our secure payment page, and then you go back to the app to follow the order.
Which phones does it work on?
On iPhone, from the App Store, and on Android phones, from Google Play.
Can I keep topping up on the website?
Yes. The website works just as before; the app is another way to do the same from your phone.
Does it tell me when the top-up is delivered?
Yes, if you allow the app's notifications we let you know on your phone when it is delivered. You can also check the status of every order in the app.
