My order says it is under review: what that means and how long it lasts
What the security review is, why it exists, which payment methods trigger it, what makes it go away, and why a charged payment is not a failed one.

Charged and delivered are two different things
An order goes through three stages: the money, the check and the delivery. That the money is charged does not mean the delivery went out, and the order page separates them instead of showing a single ambiguous status.
That is why an order under review never shows as failed: it is not. The charge completed and what is pending is a check that comes before delivery.
Why that check exists
A card or PayPal payment can be reversed later through a chargeback. If someone uses another person's card and the top-up has already been delivered, the legitimate holder gets their money back and the delivered credit does not return: the operator's network has no undo.
The check exists for that scenario, and it mainly protects the cardholder. It is short and affects a small share of orders, not all of them.
Which methods trigger it and which does not
It is triggered by payments that can be charged back: card and PayPal. A crypto payment does not trigger it, because an on-chain transfer cannot be reversed and there is no chargeback to prevent: delivery starts as soon as the network confirms.
With PayPal there is a nuance that saves time: when the PayPal account email matches the email on your account here, the order is approved without that wait. Paying with someone else's account is what breaks the match.
What you can do meanwhile
Little, and that is the point: nothing is required from you. Do not repeat the order or pay again; a second order does not speed up the first and does create a charge that would then need refunding.
If you are in a hurry or the case drags on, write to support with the order reference. The order page offers the contact channels with the reference already filled in, precisely for those moments.
Final checklist before you send
Confirm the recipient number from a current source before paying. A saved contact can be outdated, copied with extra characters, or tied to a SIM the recipient no longer uses.
Review country and carrier together. A correct number with the wrong operator can fail or route incorrectly, especially when a family member has changed lines.
Choose the product for the recipient's next real need: flexible airtime for plan control, data when connectivity is the priority, and promotions only when the rules are clear.
Keep one checkout session open and wait for the final status before retrying. Multiple attempts can create duplicate payments or confusing pending states.
Save the receipt until the recipient confirms the balance or package. The transaction reference is the fastest path for support if the operator takes longer than expected.

Article FAQs
Will I get my money back?
Only if the review ends without approving delivery, and in that case the refund goes back through the same method you paid with. Usually the review ends and the order carries on.
Is it because I did something wrong?
Not necessarily. A first order, a high amount or a payment from an unusual location are enough to trigger a check. It is not an accusation, it is a filter.
Will my next orders wait too?
Usually not. History counts: a buyer with previous orders completed without incident, or a card already used successfully, stops triggering that wait.
Can I avoid it from the start?
By paying with USDT, yes: that payment does not go through that check. With card or PayPal, paying with your own details and from your own account helps most.
