Receipt, order reference and how to track a top-up
What an order's public reference is, what it is for, how to download the receipt, and why it is the only data support needs.

What the reference is and is not
It is an identifier meant to be shared: it travels in emails, on the receipt and in conversations with support. It is not the order's internal identifier, which never leaves the system.
That separation is deliberate: what is shared with the customer and what identifies a row in the database need not be the same, and keeping them apart avoids exposing information that gives the buyer nothing.
The order page
Every order has its own page, accessible with your session and only to its owner. It shows which stage it is in: the money, the check if there was one, and the delivery. It is fresh on load and has a refresh button.
The link arrives by email, so it survives closing the tab or switching devices. An order that is not yours, or does not exist, returns a not-found page: the reference alone grants access to nothing that belongs to someone else.
The PDF receipt
Once the charge is confirmed you can download the order receipt. It carries the company details, the order details and the public reference; it serves as a record of the operation.
Keep it until the recipient confirms the credit arrived. In the rare cases where something must be claimed from the operator, having the receipt and the reference speeds the whole process up.
What to send to support
The order reference, and for a crypto payment the transaction hash as well. With those the whole operation is located without screenshots or reconstructing the story.
The order page itself offers contact channels with the reference already included whenever the order is waiting for something. It is designed precisely so you do not have to look anything up at that moment.
Final checklist before you send
Confirm the recipient number from a current source before paying. A saved contact can be outdated, copied with extra characters, or tied to a SIM the recipient no longer uses.
Review country and carrier together. A correct number with the wrong operator can fail or route incorrectly, especially when a family member has changed lines.
Choose the product for the recipient's next real need: flexible airtime for plan control, data when connectivity is the priority, and promotions only when the rules are clear.
Keep one checkout session open and wait for the final status before retrying. Multiple attempts can create duplicate payments or confusing pending states.
Save the receipt until the recipient confirms the balance or package. The transaction reference is the fastest path for support if the operator takes longer than expected.

Article FAQs
I lost the order email, how do I find it?
Sign in and look for the order in your transaction history: from there you reach its page and its receipt.
Can I share the reference safely?
That is what it is for. It grants no access to the account or to the order page, which requires your session and checks the order is yours.
Does the receipt work as an invoice?
It is the record of the operation, with the company and order details. If you need a document meeting specific tax requirements, write to us with the reference and we will look at it.
Can I see all my orders together?
Yes, in your transaction history inside the account. Each entry links to its order page with the current status.
